Heather started off working in the digital marketing field as project manager, and then 5 years ago started working on small films and video viral marketing, right the way up to full blown documentaries. She is now the producer and founder of And Productions Limited.

Ambition:
Produce a feature length film based one of the many ideas I have.

Experience:
Jo joins And from a media production background and has a wealth of experience in project and account management. From print media through to web 2.0, Jo is adapt at helping businesses communicate their messages, and now supports Heather with day-to-day client and project support.

Jonny Depp, maybe actually as Jack Sparrow, on a pirate ship, in the Caribbean…

Jo Havard- Accounts

Skills:
Managing the finances.

Experience:
Jo is an AAT (accounting technician), she has been a PA and Financial Controller for the last 6 years for Milton Bayer. Prior to this she served as a PA at Atlanco (international EU recruitment) where here role included writing letters in Portuguese & Spanish and she has worked at IBM/Tibbett & Britten as Project Coordinator and Finance administrator. She helps keep all the back-end running smoothly and, unfortunately for them, checks if extra's claim for that bottle of wine on expenses!

What's your favorite dinner?
Homemade beef casserole…Yum yum!

If you could be anyone for the day, who would you be?
I would like to be the Queen for the day, to see what she really gets up to or Drew Barrymore, just because.
